Filling out a form does not mean order is placed. All custom orders must be placed at least TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date or order cannot be fulfilled. Please allow 2-3 buiness days on email confirmation on order. Once invoice is received, payment is due within 72 hours of receiving or order will be canceled. A 50% refund can be issued within 4 days notice. Orders canceled within 4 days notice will not receive a refund.
